The Plot Twist Book

The book Beastkeeper by, Cat Hellisen is about a girl named Sarah she has always moved to different places. Her parents had left her, trying to escape form a curse. Sarah was left with her grandparents, later she had been kicked out for letting her grandfather out of his cage. Sarah stayed with her magical friend Alan, although soon enough she turned into a beast. Sarah tried to find a way to break the curse, she soon finds out her grandmother could break the curse but she doesn't want to. Six years pass her grandmother finally makes a decision, she passes her magic to Alan and she dies.

I think that theme of the story Beastkeeper by, Cat Hellison is that nothing is impossible, you can always find a solution no matter what it takes. In the story Sarah the main character was told about the curse that runs in her family. Ever since she found out she tries her hardest to find a way to break the curse from her family. She had never really given up on finding a way to break it even though she had turned into a beast. Sarah then finds out that her grandmother could break the curse but will cost her death. Six years past and her grandmother decides to break the curse, she dies and gives the power to Alan. Then Sarah turns back into a human and the curse is now gone.

The author wrote, "We have to stop it," Sarah said. "We have to find my mother and make her go back to him--"(page 98) This shows that Sarah had hopes of bringing her parents back together so she can fix it and stop the curse. As the story goes on Sarah never really stopped trying to find a way on breaking the curse. The story in general has thought me that nothing is impossible you can always find a way if you don't stop trying, even if you have to go through a lot to find a solution.
